As a natural leader, he took the initiative in building up the Company, mentoring Snigdha team to develop strong technical competencies, drive the new product initiatives, explore busineness opportunities, His dynamic nature is widely acknowledged as he takes active role in leadership development. Prior to Snigdha, Surya worked as a research engineer in C-DOT, Govt of India. He worked for seven years in Wipro before joining as the Director of S4 Connect,US based startup company, where he was heading both Hyderabad and Bangalore offices.
